When it comes to nuclear, the gruesome incident such as Chernobyl and the deadly wars of Hiroshima and Nagasaki will always haunted the ordinary people including me. I do have obsession with the university rankings :). The results of much awaited, the Times Higher Education for 2010 has been released. Each year, most of the university in the world aimed for the best rankings.
